'I feel I should write this letter to reassure and encourage anyone who is considering cosmetic surgery in Poland. I have had cosmetic surgery such as liposuction and lower eyelid surgery in the UK. The reason I decided to go to Poland was that the cost of the procedures was less than in the UK. I did a lot of research on the internet before hand and had a lot of correspondence with Jola Zglobicka who was the main link between the clinic and myself. All of my questions were answered satisfactory and by the time I was due to go to Poland I felt confident. I can honestly say I did not expect to get this excellent treatment and hospitality that I got. Krakow is a lovely place and I got a wonderful holiday at the same time. I had my tummy tuck done, but when I got there I decided to have my upper eye lids done as well. The results from both were excellent. The eye lid surgery has heeled up far quicker and the results were far better than the surgery I had in the UK.I really wish I had the lower eye lids done in Poland as I know that Dr Cieslik would have done a much better job and I would've saved a lot of money. All I can say to anyone who is thinking of having surgery at ART-DERM Clinic, just do it. Dr Cieslik is the first class surgeon and he is also the Head of the plastic surgery in one of the biggest hospitals in Krakow. Joanna is one of the nicest persons I have ever met and she will look after you, she also speaks excellent English as does the Doctor.

'Dear Joanna

Well, today is the 3rd week since my surgery and I am very happy with the result. Thanks again to the Doctor and the staff for all they have done. I couldn't be happier with my decision to travel from London to Krakow to have Dr Cieslik do the surgery.

Many thanks also go to Anna (the nurse) and Bernard (her husband) who looked after me during my whole time there and took care of me when it came to bandage dressing changes, tablets, and they also went out of their way to take me out to the local markets, restaurants, and showed me internet cafes to pass my time as well.

All the staff were very friendly and professional, and maintained a high standard of care and hygiene throughout the hospital and clinic.

The city of Krakow is very beautiful, and there is lots to do - all at very cheap prices compared to London.

Overall the treatment was just as high a standard as I would expect in London's Harley Street,yet the cost was less than half - plus I got a great holiday and time to recover as well.

I would be more than happy to return to Krakow for surgery with Dr Cieslik and would highly recommend him.
